Wholesale Agreement and Terms of Sale
Your submission of this Wholesale Application indicates that you agree to the terms of the following Wholesale Agreement:
MINIMUM ORDER REQUIREMENTS
I AM MOTHERLESS LLC product offers one Wholesale program called Level 1. It requires a minimum order of 30 items (moisturizer or travel kit). All orders are placed on our website using a coupon code to receive 50% off the sale price. We don't automatically provide itemized invoices. It can be provided at an additional cost if you require an itemized invoice.
MSRP
Products or goods purchased from IAM MOTHERLESS LLC shall only be sold at the manufacturer's suggested retail price (MSRP). If the Wholesale Account chooses to offer the products or goods for sale at a discount, the Wholesale Account shall not discount the products more than 15% below MSRP.
Permission for special sale events beyond the 15% discount offered by the Wholesale Account must be requested in writing to IAM MOTHERLESS and will typically be granted semi-annually.
WEB COMMERCE
No products or goods purchased from or produced by IAM MOTHERLESS LLC shall be resold by or through any online auction or store (such as eBay, Amazon, or other similar sites) without IAM MOTHERLESS LLC's express, written authority. Suppose a Wholesale Account plans to sell products produced by IAM MOTHERLESS LLC in an online marketplace/store. In that case, it must be owned by the entity applying for a Wholesale Account and listed in the Wholesale Application to be approved by IAM MOTHERLESS LLC.
PRODUCT IMAGES
IAM MOTHERLESS LLC will make available images you might require for your print and online presence. Should you require any additional photos, please get in touch with us. Any imagery you provide must be approved before use (please allow adequate lead time for approval; one week is recommended).
RESELLING TO WHOLESALE ACCOUNTS
Any Wholesale Account that distributes IAM MOTHERLESS LLC goods and products to any entity for resale must require its customers to strictly adhere to the same Wholesale Account guidelines as outlined in this Wholesale Agreement. Any Wholesale Account that does not enforce these guidelines with its resale customers will be subject to termination of this agreement.
PAYMENT METHODS
At this time, IAM MOTHERLESS LLC is extending credit terms. All orders must be accompanied by pre-payment. We accept credit card payments online via our website. For orders over $1,000, we accept a credit card via phone. We do not accept checks.
PACKAGING
All products come packed and do not require additional handling or packaging before resale.
SHIPPING/HANDLING
Items will not be shipped until full payment is received. There are no COD orders at this time. We use USPS shipping based on cost affordability unless you specify/request a quicker shipping mode. We include the cost of packaging materials and handling fees on all orders in your shipping total. Shipping is based on weight alone.
SHIPPING ERRORS, RETURNS, AND WARRANTY
Order errors must be brought to IAM MOTHERLESS LLC Customer Service attention within five business days of receipt of shipment. We endeavor to protect your reputation and ours; if you or your customer finds an issue related to printing or manufacturing defects during the first 30 days, we will work with you to find a resolution.
MERCHANTABILITY AND MISREPRESENTATIONS
Wholesale Account agrees that IAM MOTHERLESS LLC makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the merchantability of IAM MOTHERLESS LLC products. Wholesale Account also agrees that IAM MOTHERLESS LLC is not liable for any misuse or misrepresentations of the goods by the Wholesale Account or the final retail purchaser or consumer and indemnified IAM MOTHERLESS LLC for any legal actions that emanate from such actions.
